Shipping policy
- Delivery Country : Singapore only.
- Free delivery only applicable for order S$300 and above in a single invoice, single address in one trip.
- Order total amount below S$300 in a single invoice will be subject to a S$10 delivery surcharge.
- Standard delivery lead time is 2 - 5 working days. For Seller Delivery product, In most cases our delivery timing is 2pm - 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Since our drivers' delivery routes will change from day to day, we cannot determine an approximate time your order will be delivered.
- Additional $40 delivery surcharge (delivery to Sentosa Island, Jurong Island area)
- Delivery timing is subject to change due to some circumstances. eg. Traffic Jam, vehicle breakdown, lift breakdown or etc.
- Please make sure someone at the delivery address who will be able to take charge and handling of the item ordered.
- All items and colors are subject to availability. If ordered item is out of stock or it cannot be delivered for any reason, we shall SMS/Email or call you to re-book delivery, offer a full refund, or choose an alternative product from our ET SOUND ENTERPRISE PTE LTD online store.
- We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales and in any event within 2 - 5 working days of the date of order excluding sunday and public holiday. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
- Customer shall inspect the goods upon delivery. Any complaint(s) shall be notified to
ET SOUND ENTERPRISE PTE LTD within 7 days from the date of delivery, after which time, no complaint(s) relating to this sale shall be entertained.
